This workbook we created with [Sanford Fit](https://fit.sanfordhealth.org/) — the health system's initiative for children and families — uses insightful content, a friendly voice, and fun design to make understanding and working on mental health easier for teens and their support networks.

Color-coded chapters provide helpful info on topics like stress and anxiety, depression, stigma, and social media. Abstract shape characters make the design feel friendly and playful, but not juvenile or cringe (teens are a tricky audience, after all). A print- and web-friendly design makes the workbook easy to use in groups or classes, on devices, or from a distance.
