POET How POET Is Powering the Future of Farming
PresentationPOET has been turning corn into something more since 1987. It started with fuel and grew into a whole lineup of bioproducts, from animal feed to hand sanitizer. To tell that story to a variety of audiences, the world’s largest producer of plant-based bioethanol partnered with Lemonly on a corporate presentation to make its mission shine.
The custom animated deck covers POET’s mission and vision and its growth from a 1983 family farm to a network of biorefineries across the Midwest. It also explains the integrated business model that makes POET unique in its industry. Infographic slides show how a single kernel becomes biofuel, feed, corn oil, and purified alcohol with nothing wasted, and make the case that bioproducts are the future of farming.
Biofuel science gets dense fast, so we used detailed illustration and smooth animation to keep things moving. A timeline map fills in plant by plant as POET’s production grows over the decades. A past-present-future landscape shows how far farming has come and where it’s headed.
