2024 Year in Review
Strattam had a landmark year in 2024. We commemorated our 10th anniversary with the raising of Strattam Capital Investment Fund III, securing $308 million in committed capital, up 33% from Fund II.
Ongoing dialogues with founders led to a record year of equity deployment, across five transactions. Our team is growing, and we are excited about the year ahead.

Investments, Acquisitions & Exits
Strattam completed five acquisitions, including three add-ons and two new platform acquisitions, and closed the sale of a portfolio company. We were thrilled to welcome Green Security and ResNav to the Strattam portfolio.
- Exit: Contegix sold to Valiantys - Sale of Contegix, a premier Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, to strategic buyer Valiantys.
- Platform investment: Green Security - Flagship provider of SaaS healthcare compliance and access management tools.
- Platform investment: ResNav Solutions - Leading provider of automated HR and payroll data compliance technology.
- Add-on acquisition: Merger between SciShield and eLabNext - Creates the foremost provider of lab safety and life sciences management solutions.
- Add-on acquisition: Daxtra acquires PivotCX - Forms a cutting-edge platform for AI-driven talent acquisition and HR communication.
- Add-on acquisition: Action Title Research acquires Real Title Services - Establishes a leading platform for comprehensive title research and settlement services.

Succession Planning
We partner with founders to support the growth potential and evolution of their businesses. In 2024, we worked on succession planning with three founders. After finding the right successor for each business, all founders remained on the boards of directors and active in their organizations.
